Tonight I baked a loaf of bread (new thing for me! It actually turned out!), sewed a new pillowcase for 'the good pillow' and practiced my free hand embroidery (see above).(The good pillow is the pillow on my bed that I like to have under my head when I sleep. It scrunches up nicely like a down pillow, but is not down so I can breathe when I wake up.)
Earlier today I sewed a tissue box cover for a friend and got my ice skates sharpened. It's only $5 a pair at Flanders Bros. Bike shop.
I made awesome brunch tacos for myself. Corn tortillas heated on the stove, over easy fried egg, brittish brand bacon and some cabbage 'salsa' I made. They were fantastic.
